How we collect, use, and protect your information

Last updated: August 2026

1. Introduction

HuzzFlow ("we," "our," or "us") operates a news and markets briefing website and related newsletter services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our websites and products.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Email address
  • Name and contact information
  • Preferences and interests related to newsletter content
  • Any other information you choose to send us

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you access our service, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Device information
  • Usage patterns and preferences
  • Information from cookies and similar technologies

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver newsletters and content you have requested
  • Operate and improve the service
  • Send administrative information and updates
  • Respond to your enquiries and requests
  • Analyze usage patterns and trends in aggregate
  • Prevent fraud and maintain security

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in these circumstances:

  • With your explicit consent
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect our rights and the safety of users
  • With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality obligations
  • In connection with a business transfer or merger

5. Advertising and Cookies

We use Google AdSense and other advertising partners to display ads on pages that contain our own original content — the Insights library and the Markets tools we built. We do not place Google-served ads on our aggregated headline boards or on story-brief pages, because the content on those screens belongs to other publishers.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our sites and other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings, and you can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising via the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies or to notify you when one is set.

We use analytics and email-delivery providers that set their own cookies or use tracking pixels — for example, to record whether a newsletter was opened, so we can stop sending to addresses that never engage.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Object to or request restriction of processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these, write to contact@huzzflow.com. Every newsletter also carries a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.

8. Third-Party Links and Headlines

Our service displays attributed headlines and short teasers from public feeds and links to third-party publisher websites. Full third-party articles are not hosted on HuzzFlow. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
